The variety on the menu stands out, especially during busy lunch and dinner periods. Additionally, the favorable price range means that diners enjoy substantial meals without overspending. Despite its many positives, some patrons have noted areas for improvement. On busier evenings, especially Fridays, service times can extend, which might lead to longer waits for food. A few visitors have also reported that during peak times, seating can fill up quickly, affecting comfort and ambiance. While the extensive menu offers great variety, some diners have mentioned that a specific dish can occasionally come out differently than expected, though it rarely deviates from the overall quality the establishment is known for. Such points are minor compared to the overall positive dining experience, but they are worth considering during peak hours.
Best fish and chips I’ve had! Staff are super friendly!
An excellent fish and chip shop with cafe and good seating area. I had chicken tikka with half chips, half rice and was piping hot with a good cup of hot coffee. Excellent staff, great customer service and answered all my questions I had Highly recommended 👍
stopped on my way home after a business meeting nearby brilliant food service was excellent the fish was lovely and good portions to will definitely pay another visit
Popped in for some dinner with my son. It wasn’t busy at the time eating in, so we managed to get served quickly. If you're looking for a place to carb-load before your next marathon, or simply indulge in some comfort food, then look no further than this chip shop. And let me tell you, they take their chips seriously here. So seriously, in fact, that I half-expected to see a Michelin-starred chef emerge from the kitchen, brandishing a golden fryer and barking orders at a team of sous-chefs. But in all seriousness, the chips here are top-notch. Golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. They're the kind of chips that make you forget all your troubles and embrace the simple pleasures in life. Like, say, dipping them in ketchup and making silly faces at your dining companion. All in all, this chip shop is a solid choice for anyone in need of some carb-heavy sustenance. The food was very nice and great service too. 👍👍 Bon appétit!
A proper dinner for a proper price, Me and my lad loved it... Lovely staff and good friendly service and loads of choices ... The pudding dinner was fantastic and my lad preferred the cheese burger to a certain fast food place and got offered a lolly after... I can't recommend it highly enough, treat yourself to a proper traditional chippy, beltin...👍 Thanks for
